Cogan & Co Clothing grew from a love of 4x4, the outdoors, and the people who make the Australian 4x4 community what it is.
I’m an average Joe with a passion for the 4x4 industry and the great outdoors. I started Bribie 4x4 Centre for off-road accessories, and roughly two years ago the idea for this clothing business began in the cabin of my truck.
I gradually learned about garments, online printing and customising. I made tees and hoodies for the shop, then made prints for friends and relatives. It grew into Cogan & Co Clothing.
Every run is still small. We make each piece after the orders land, then the next one goes on the rack. No big warehouse of last season’s to clear. No dead-on-arrival sweatshirts in a Bunnings pallet. Just what we’d wear ourselves, and what the people we run with would actually pull on before a long weekend out.

What we believe
The tribe is the gear.
We believe in greasy knuckles. In the sound of a hub nut on a Sunday arvo. In a swing-out spare, a snatch strap on the back seat, and a pair of hands that know what a track day really takes. We write the gear for the people whose hands still smell like diesel at Monday’s morning tea.
We believe in campfire yarns. The ones that start after the kids go to bed and run out somewhere past last light. The stories about the track we nearly didn’t make it up, the rig we bought off a bloke in Longreach, the spot by the river we’re not telling anyone about. The gear is a quiet uniform for those nights — something to pull on before the fire does the talking.
And we believe in the stubborn joy of going further than you have to. Past the last servo. Up the third fence line. Around the long way home because the long way is the point. Country and 4x4 isn’t a look — it’s the week, worn out loud, by people who’d rather not be told when to head back.
